A Daddy-Henry Weekend

Daddy and Henry had a solo weekend while Kellan and I went to Indianapolis. They had a blast together. They started their mornings with smoothies, sounds like a good start!  Henry went to school on Friday, it was hard to say goodbye. I've never left my "baby" for this long, but I knew he was in good hands!  Saturday Daddy took him to the Natural History Museum and out for dinner at Green Turtle which is a loud, fun sports bar. Perfect for a couple of guys! Sunday they went to church together and just had fun playing.

Loving this Turtle place Daddy! You're fun!  We did chat on the phone each night and skyped once.  Henry got teary when he had to go to school Monday and said he missed Kellan. So sweet!

 

Daddy and Henry went to Party City and picked out some fun things for Kellan's upcoming birthday party. Love the Darth Vader pinata.

There's always time for some loud drum playing!

Daddy came to get us at the airport, then we went to pick Henry up at Essies. He ran to me and gave me lots of hugs and just repeatedly said "I missed you Mommy, I really missed you!". Ok, my heart just about melted. I couldn't help but get choked up! My super sweet Henry, we missed you too!!
