Look how far I've come!

Here I am on my way home from the hospital November 22,2007, just barely six pounds.

Mom and Dad put me in this silly outfit for Christmas. I'm already a month old here. Looks like I was eating well.

Mom was trying to be a professional photographer here. This is my 2 month picture 0n January 20, 2008. I learned to smile for this one.

I love Aunt Patty!

Kellan's very special Aunt Patty(Tim's sister) spent 4 days with him and his Mommy while Daddy was on his ski trip. We mostly just hung out at home. It was a gorgeous sunny day on Monday, so we ventured to the Outlet Mall. We found nothing but cute things for Kellan, of course. A. Patty bought him an adorable Easter outfit that we can't wait to wear. Patty gave Danisa many needed breaks from all those mom duties! It was so fun to watch the two of them together!

"Uncle" Eric comes to visit.

Kellan, meet "Uncle" Eric. Eric is a childhood friend of Tim's and came to visit us from Boston and to also accompany Tim on their annual ski trip to Snowshoe, WV. Tim's sister Patty came from Cleveland to hang out with Kellan and Danisa (see next story). Tim and Eric joined 15 other friends for a couple days of skiing and fun. This is the 10th year for this trip. Danisa wasn't quite ready to leave her little boy behind, maybe next year.

Happy Birthday to Me!!

Look at me, I'm a 3 month old big boy today!! I like to smile (but not for pictures), coo and babble and blow bubbles. I'm trying to reach for my toys, but just can't get those hands to work yet. I'm good at getting my fist in my mouth though. Oh and I love to eat, maybe that's why my Uncle Jeff nicknamed me Tank. I'm having a great day, staying in with Mommy because it is snowing outside. My Daddy is in Tampa on business, so he says. He better not be outside enjoying that sunshine! We miss him lots!

Here we are, with the Burke family!

After we left the Lanz family house, we were on our way to Cleveland to see Tim's family. Tim and Danisa kissed Kellan goodbye on Thurs when we arrived in Ohio because we knew we wouldn't stand a chance holding him while there. Here Kellan is being oohed and aahed over by his Aunt Ann and cousins Ben, Kelly and Sam. They all took turns holding him and he loved every minute of it!

I really do love G'ma Burke, I just don't like getting burped! (Hey, that rhymes!)

Kellan's Super Grandpas!

Grandpas sometimes get overlooked, but are just as important to our children's lives. They have that calming voice, gentle touch and loving way about them. Kellan is so blessed to have these two wonderful men in his life. Thank you G'pa Lanz and G'pa Burke for being so great! We love you!

The Lanz cousins

Meet the newest member of the Lanz family. Brooklyn Marie, born to Brett and Renee on January 20, 2008. She was smaller then Kellan by 2 ounces. We couldn't believe Kellan was once that size! Sure looks a lot like Brendan (we think). So we now have 8 little ones running around! It is so fun to see them all interact together.
Behind the couch: Brendan, Devan and Nick. Sitting: Noah, Jayde, holding Brooklyn and Breanne holding Kellan.

Happy Valentines Day

Here we are ready to go on our first big road trip home to see all our cousins, aunts, uncles and most importantly, our grandparents! We weren't so sure in the beginning and decided to throw a little tantrum, but all went smoothly and we had a nice quiet ride. We made it to G'ma and G'pa Lanzs house around 5pm on Thurs, just in time for a yummy lasagna dinner. First we had to take some family photos since we had 2 new members to add. Tim and Danisa couldn't believe Kellan was once the size of little Brooklyn! She sure is a cutey!
