Jenny and I had been bugging Coco to teach us how to make baklava sometime so finally with just a week before she is moving to Chicago, we were able to have our session. Coco put the kids to bed and we snuck over for a late evening baklava making party. Its not a quick and simple thing to make as we have learned. Coco had prepared a few steps ahead of time so that we weren't there all night. After layer of layer of phyllo and some time in the oven, wahlah, we have baklava!
