It's the party prep committee! Yay, it's our sweet boy Henry Theodore's birthday today! He is "tee-oo" as he likes to say. Not sure he understands the whole meaning, but he sees and hears the excitement in Kellan's voice and gets excited too. Very cute! After some pancakes, we had Henry open a couple of his presents, on the strong urging of Kellan. Of course Kellan insisted on helping him open them. He also helped me wrap them, so knew exactly what was in them (more toys to play with!)
This present had Christmas paper on it since it was a "leftover". I had decided they each had too many presents already at Christmas time so put one away for a birthday. Henry loves trucks of any kind, enjoys watching the garbage truck out the window in the morning. So now his very own.
I got the cheese of approval on that gift!
From all of our closet cleaning,I found a few rolls of streamers. So I had 2 very willing participants in decorating for the party.
After running a few errands, we treated the boys to some McDonalds (still don't get why kids like this place). I guess it's all about the toy that gets played with for all of about 5 minutes! Oh well, Happy Birthday Henny!
