We had another weekend of fun visitors in town. A. Patty and "U" Mike came in to town Friday evening in time for dinner. We took them to Pumpkinville at Leesburg Animal Park Saturday morning. Lots of animals, rides, slides and unlimited apple cider!
Henry is more of an animal lover than Kellan and isn't quite as afraid to touch the various farm animals they had there. Kellan really liked Jethro, the old and very large tortoise.
Both boys loved the slides and were happy to go down them repeatedly. We even roped Mike into taking Henry down. We all had muddy bottoms after we were done.

A bouncy hay ride around the park with several cartoon cut-outs along the way. This was Mike's first hay ride. (city boy!)
Sunday morning we got our artist A. Patty to help draw some faces on our pumpkins that we still needed to carve. Both boys were eager to help draw their own faces. We were sad to see our fun visitors go.
