Leesburg Air Show

Today we were off to the Leesburg Air Show at Leesburg's Municipal Airport. Picture perfect 70 degree day! We joined our neighbors, the Brown's. Ruthie can never get enough of her boys, Kellan and Henry B (what he is called at the daycare they both go too, so not to be confused with the other Henry M) and I guess her Aunt Nisa is now a favorite too!! I'm honored! :) Tim had to hobble along on his crutches (a knee fracture from a softball line drive, for those that didn't know). We found a spot and sat to give Daddy a break. Dave and him compared neighborhood notes.

Kellan has never been fond of loud noises, so he had his ears covered for the stunt planes as they zoomed around.
This lady was amazing! She was on top of the plane as it did stunts in the air. Unbelievable! Really neat show and we will be marking it on our calendars for next year!

Side note totally unrelated, but I keep forgetting to mention it: Kellan is officially potty trained, yipee!!! He's actually been potty trained for over a month now and doing great! His daycare played a big part in the role since he goes 3 days a week and he saw other kids potty trained, I think that helped. We do pull-ups at nap time and at night, that's it! It can be somewhat challenging when we are out and about and he shouts out loud "I have to pee-pee" or better yet "I have to poop". Fun times! We've done several outside pees already. (Boys have it so easy!) What made me think of this was the ear covering to loud noises. The public restrooms tend to have extra loud flushes, so he covers his ears before it flushes. What a nut! It's nice to be down to one in diapers! Come on Henry, you can do it! :)
