We arrived to U Jeff's and A Darlene's Friday afternoon (one day later due to the road conditions thru the mountains). They have a great sledding hill in their back yard so the boys excitedly got their snow gear on and out they went. We don't see this amount of snow in VA very often nor do we have a great sledding hill so close! Henry tried the sled once and then wasn't so sure about it, so he stuck with something a little more his speed, shoveling.

| Day 2:Henry can't get enough, back up the hill again |
Day 2 (Saturday): Back out for more sledding and a couple more inches of fresh snow. The big boys were busily making some new ramps while Daddy and Henry had fun testing them. Notice at the bottom of the hill, a large lake! That made Mommy a bit nervous, but they were careful! I think they about hit the trees a few times though!

| Silly bird! |
Peaches is the newest member of the Lanz household. They've had her a few months and she just fits right in. So friendly and sociable, she just loves on anyone that allows her to. Climbs up your sleeve, snuggles into your hair, talks, plays with toys. So funny! Even Lea has come to love her. The boys didn't want to hold her, but they loved watching her and petting her.
Kellan didn't want to go sledding the 2nd day b/c he had way too many Legos to play with. This is where his love for Legos started! It's always a big highlight of his when going to the Lanz house!
