Our beautiful, long awaited St John the Apostle Catholic Church has finally been completed. Although this picture was taken just a few weeks before. It has been so neat watching it go up. The boys comment on it every time we drive by or go to Mass on Sunday. Henry yells out "Hi Chooch!" We now have a "real" church to go to, Thanks be to God!!

On Aug 3rd, we had our church's dedication. Since it was going to be a 3+ hour long Mass, I decided to go alone. I met a couple of my bible study friends, Aubrey and Kristy there to sit with. Everyone congregated at the Parish Center (current church) first, then we processed over to the new church. The Bishop was in attendance and led the way. We stood in the hot, hot sun while we sang, prayed and waited for the doors to open, jittery with excitement to see it!
Pictures really can't even do this church justice! It's just unbelievably breath taking! You can truly feel the presence of Our Lord!

It was a beautiful, moving ceremony. The choir sounded so lovely especially with being up in the loft. We've spent 5+ years raising money for this church and it's now real.
