Greek Easter

The O'Shaughnessy's invited us over for a Greek Easter feast and celebration honoring Coco's Greek father who passed away a few months ago.  They cooked for days and it was yummy!!  We had pastitsio (greek lasagna), greek salad, spanakopita (spinach pie), and the best baklava. It felt more like Thanksgiving with the amount of food!

 

We didn't sit around for long. After eating our delicious meal, we took the kids (7 boys and 1 girl) outside to run off some energy.

Because they didn't get enough sugar with the cookies I brought, we also had a german chocolate bunny hunt in the grass.  They gobbled those down fast!
