Friday the 16th: I had the boys make Daddy some special birthday cards. Henry got a little crazy with the red marker and decided to draw on himself a red goatee. Lovely!

I took Tim out on a date for his birthday on Friday night. Our wonderful neighbors, the Brown's, kindly offered to babysit the boys. We dropped them off at their house around 6pm for dinner and playtime and we set off for our own peaceful dinner at Travinia Italian Restaurant. I asked Tim what he wanted to do for his birthday date and he wanted to watch some March Madness basketball. So after dinner, we walked across the street to Finnigans sports bar to watch the ending of a few games. It wasn't a late night out, but it was a night out with my #1 guy!!

Sat the 17th:The boys excitedly gave Daddy his cards and present after breakfast. Kellan says to Daddy while handing him his present: " Daddy, I hope you like your new watch, I mean, baseball." Present spoiler! Kellan helped me wrap Daddy's new watch, so he knew what it was. I guess he can't quite keep secrets yet!

It was a gorgeous day out, so we headed to Frying Pan Park to see some animals and have a picnic.

The farm just had 3 litters of pigs, all within a week. So cute, but very stinky! The boys loved them! Kellan thought it would be a great idea to bring one home, just like Wilbur.

There were several lambs too, born within the last couple weeks.

We picnicked in the grass near the horse arena so that we could watch the riders. After they were done eating, Kellan and Henry decided to attempt a few jumps of their own.

Back to see the baby pigs one more time before leaving. Just can't get enough!

We grilled out for dinner, went to the park after dinner to burn some more energy, then had our cake and ice cream. Fun and tiring day! Happy Birthday to the best husband and Daddy!! We love you!! xoxo

Great Birthday with my favorite people
T:)
Happy BD Tim (again, and again, and again, and again...) The night we called to sing to you I accidentally dialed...1788 instead of ...1748. We sang and sang and when we were done someone a guy on the line was laughing uncontrollably; couldn't hardly talk to tell us that was great but we had the wrong number!
Sorry to be so late in reading this post. Loks like a wonderful day all of my favorite activities!! Except for the pigs. It has been a wondeful winter here and now it almost seems like summer. Miss you guys so much
