Thursday: Our very happy travelers! We left for Ohio to visit family the day before Henry's birthday. They have both become great travelers. A portable dvd player is a must and helps pass the time by. They both are content listening to music too and playing with the basket of toys that has to come along. We love nap time because then Mommy and Daddy get to talk and listen to their own music. We got to G'ma/G'pa Lanz's house around dinner time. G'pa was still in TN, so G'ma was home to welcome us all with big hugs and dinner. Daddy left shortly after to go his parents to help with their moving process.
Friday morning: Happy Birthday sweet boy!! We ate breakfast, then opened one gift. Henry loves music and is always bee-bopping around, so a pair of maracas it is. Big bro Kellan was right there to make sure he could open himself. Always helping!(especially when it comes to presents!)
Let's shake, rattle and roll!
It was warm enough to go outside and get some sunshine. Henry enjoyed the big wheel, while Kellan preferred the car.
Friday evening: Birthday party time with all the Lanz Family which now totals 18. Bradley is the youngest cousin (5 months) and Nick is the oldest (15).

Brooklyn is ready to eat some cake! It's loud, crazy fun when you have 10 kids versus 8 adults!
We celebrated multiple birthdays since there are 6 birthdays within 3 weeks of each other. We sang to Brendan, Brett and Renee with the kids helping to blow out the candles each time.
I had fun making a "big top" circus cake for Henry. I borrowed my friends large cupcake-cake pan. Kellan helped sprinkle the cake and eat the extras.
Henry's turn. He wasn't so sure about all the loud singing and cried a bit until he realized he got to eat some.

Time for presents! The cousins and Auntie Darlene enjoyed helping Henry open them. Yay, a ball, one of Henry's favorite things!
