Saturday: We had party number 2 for Henry when we got to the Burke grandparent's house. Tim spent most of the weekend helping them get organized for their big move this year. The boys had fun playing with G'ma and G'pa. The cousins came over and Kellan just loves to wrestle with Sam and U. Pat. They get him so fired up! Henry did a great job making it through dinner, but with a little shortage of nap time, he was ready for bed before we could get the cupcakes out.
Kellan thought he'd sniff out the tray of cupcakes. We put a candle in one and sang to Henry anyway, eventhough he was asleep upstairs. Kellan gladly blew it out. Someone brought out his picture to sing to, but then we kind of thought it was a bit morbid that we were singing to his picture. We had to laugh at the whole scene!
Sunday: Henry (well, Kellan) got to open his presents up the next morning. Henry was more then happy with the yellow balloon. Why do we spend money on gifts??
Time to say goodbye. :( Always fun at G'ma and G'pa's house!
