We spent the morning of Labor Day at Franklin Park. They have a fishing pond, playground, baseball fields, etc. We checked it all out and enjoyed a picnic in the grass while Kellan played with his trucks and Henry rolled around on his blanket.
We spent Labor Day evening cooking out and having fun with our new friends, the Pickett's. Cheryl was a high school friend that recently moved here to Leesburg with her husband Clint and their 4 kids. Such a small world. We've had fun getting to know each other again in a completely different way. We are now both busy moms! Kellan had a blast playing with their son Cody, who's 4 1/2. They also have Luke, who's 3 1/2 and 18 month old twins, Emily and Ethan. And I thought I was busy with 2 boys! :)
