We spent 4 days in Indianapolis visiting our friends, the Warnock's over my birthday weekend. Kellan was looking forward to his airplane ride and was ready to go long before we were. He thought we were going to work with Daddy since that is usually where Daddy goes in an airplane.
We couldn't all sit together since it was a regional jet, so I had Kellan duty while Tim had Henry duty. Of course, I stayed very busy keeping him entertained with books, cars, a dvd player, snacks, etc. He did very good, just a little too talkative at times! Nothing new there. I think the other passengers were slightly concerned when they saw our little family board the plane. I can't say that I wasn't slightly nervous too! ;) Kellan repeatedly asked after we took off: "Mommy, are we up in the air?" Not sure he was really comprehending the whole thing. Plus we didn't have a window we could see out of very well.
Tim had it really tough! Henry didn't make a peep! I had to laugh...his seat mate was an older lady (Grandma looking) and I thought she'd enjoy sitting with sweet Henry. He gives most anyone a smile or two. She didn't say a word to them the whole trip until we were about to get off the plane and she says to Tim "I guess he did pretty good". Pretty good?? He didn't make one fuss!! Oh well, I guess not everyone finds Henry as irresistible as we do!
