We spent half the day in Chincoteague, the other half driving home. We let Daddy choose whatever he wanted to do for the day. Of course we would've loved to stay another week if that thing called work didn't get in the way! Kellan proudly gave Daddy the card he colored on and stickered. Kellan had his "I Love Daddy" shirt on and Henry had his "My Dad is: Awesome, Funny, the Best" onesie on for the day. Instead of going to the beach another day, we decided to check out the Nature Center and go see the ponies. The wild ponies weren't close enough for us to see this year, so we had to go to where some were fenced in. It really didn't matter to Kellan, he was just happy to see them.
The Nature Center has a long boardwalk thru the grass/marsh area. We found some little fiddler crabs that were fun to watch. Kellan is such an animal lover, he gets so excited to see any kind of animal. Maybe he'll be a veterinarian just like his Papa and Uncle Jeff. :)
