Around Chincoteague

The beach isn't the only place we went while in Chincoteague. We enjoyed playing games in our little house in the evenings. The boys found a turtle out in the yard. We didn't keep him around long, he was anxious to get on his way.

We had fun playing putt-putt. The first time Tim and I have ever gone here in Chincoteague and we've been coming here for 15 years!  The boys loved it (well, Kellan did anyway. Henry enjoyed it for about 2 holes, then wanted to just run around)

We checked out the pony center too.  We caught a glimpse of the wild ponies only once while here, so the boys wanted to see them a bit closer.  No interest in riding though!

We always have to head to the local donut shop, Sugarbakers, at least once while visiting. A great sugary way to start the day off!

It was raining one morning, so perfect time to check out the Nature Center. Henry, liking the big horseshoe crab.

Nope, he's not real Kellan.
Hello?!

Kellan is getting his answers checked and receiving his Jr Ranger Badge.

Memorial Park is another place we always have to go.  It's a fun park with lots of different things for the kids to play on.
